Hive Music Festival Semana 154 ronda 1 @encuentro ¡Saludos a todos en la vibrante y magica comunidad de @musiczone! Es un honor unirme una vez más al Festival Musical, trayendo en esta ocasión una pieza que destella con la la sabana y el pentagrama de nuestra música tradicional. Para esta ronda, quise interpretar "Vestida de Garza Blanca" del incomparable maestro Pedro Felipe Sosa Caro, el cual conocí en Maracay una composición que pinta con versos la elegancia y el misticismo del llano. 🎵🎵

"Vestida de Garza Blanca"

nos transporta a los paisajes serenos de nuestros llanos, donde la garza, la pureza y la esencia de nuestra tierra y sus sentimientos más nobles. A través de sus melodías, Sosa Caro militar apureño captura esa magia que solo el folklore llanero sabe expresar. Es una canción que cae muy bien en los cumpleaños de hermosas amigas jóvenes y maduras. 🎤🎤 Para esta entrega, traigo "Vestida de Garza Blanca", acompañando mi voz con el inconfundible sonido del cuatro venezolano. Es una forma de mantener vivo ese legado músico cultural de nuestra tierra que se mezcla con las raíces aborígenes y europeas formando con el tiempo esa característica única del llano. Agradezco a la comunidad de #Hive por brindar estos espacios tan valiosos para la expresión artística y el rescate de nuestras tradiciones. Cada participación es un paso más en el enriquecimiento de nuestro patrimonio cultural y musical. ¡Espero de corazón que disfruten de mi interpretación! In this Week 154 – Round 1 of the Hive Music Festival, I bring you a performance that fills me with pride and affection: "Vestida de Garza Blanca," a gem of llanero folklore composed by maestro Pedro Felipe Sosa Caro, whom I had the privilege of meeting in Maracay. This song has that special touch that connects us with the elegance of the plains, with its peaceful landscapes and profound poetry. Moreover, it’s worth highlighting that it was the great Cristóbal Jiménez who gave this piece greater projection in the 1980s, bringing it to national stages and helping it become a hymn of our traditional music. Thanks to him, many of us came to know this work that still touches hearts today. 🎵 "Vestida de Garza Blanca" paints with verses the image of a beautiful woman, compared to the heron for her purity and elegance. It’s a song often heard at celebrations, especially at birthdays of dear friends, because it carries that air of tenderness and respect that enchants. 🎤 For this round, I chose to accompany my voice with the sound of the Venezuelan cuatro, aiming to highlight the essence of the song. I recorded in a natural setting that reflects what this piece conveys: calm, beauty, and a connection to our roots. My intention is that, when you listen to it, you feel that pride in what’s ours and that emotion that only folklore can awaken. Thanks to the #Hive community for continuing to create these spaces where we can share who we are. Each song is a way to keep our culture alive. I truly hope you enjoy my performance as much as I enjoyed preparing it.
