One thing motivation does is that it propels individuals to desire, initiate and sustain behavior towards achieving unique goals. It also serves as an internal and external force that acts as an underlying action and is crucial for accomplishing projects, and positive life changes. Not only do people get motivated positively but can also be motivated in a negative way which compels them to go against laws and principles.
There was a point in my life I felt it had ended and there was no way out of it..... And again I am this lady that has learned to fight her battles her self so I hardly speak to people about whatever I am going through. I learned to deploy my own strategy myself and these are the few that have helped me stay motivated whenever I am down and need motivation. There are different things I do to be in the right spirit one of which is counting my little wins. I noticed I am always down whenever I set my mind to do something and could not achieve it, it weighs me to the point that if care is not taken for a very long period of time I sulk on that failure but in other not to dwell on it for long, I count my little past wins which gives me hope that I can achieve whatever is achievable humanly practicing the five minutes rules.
Secondly, I set clear and realistic rules. I make sure that I set rules that are achievable and they are smart too. Because most at times when one is down is as a result of failed goals which sometimes is unrealistic and we pressure ourselves to achieve what we know is almost impossible so I set clear goals for myself. It may not be a fast one but gradually every step keeps me motivated.
Lastly, music is my motivation. I may not always do the above especially when it struck so hard but you see listening to songs is a must do. Songs are spirit and life and for every phase of my life, there is always a song for it. Mere listening to these songs when down makes my spirit come alive and helps me to start all over again, it is refreshing to my soul.
