Muchos días de emociones y con las ganas de hacer a la máxima velocidad 😉

Esta semana estuvo bien concentrada y apenas estoy mostrando un día de muchos días que han sido fabulosos. Por algo hay que empezar 😂

Estuve visitando una radio para tener algunas pruebas, cosa que estuvo muy satisfactoria, no puedo creer que esté pasando y que esté viviendo esta bonita experiencia.

Aunque bien es cierto que crear contenido es un trabajo arduo, hacerlo en las instalaciones de la radio es muy inspirador.

Este día no solo lo pasé en la radio en las pruebas sino que visité una de mi cafetería favorita y que tenía muchos años sin visitar.

Es muy gratificante tener actividades por hacer, mantener nuestra mente ocupada de la mejor forma posible. Al punto que ni había podido publicar. Ya las ocupaciones se han clamado por lo que estoy retomando mis tareas y descansando mi mente y mi cuerpo.

Esta semana no he corrido, el cuerpo me está pasando factura de todo el estrés que he pasado, pero ya recuperada del todo la rutina empezará de nuevo. No hay ciclos tranquilos, sólo tenemos ciclos que hay que cerrar.

Mantenerme ocupada es el mejor cariño que me puedo hacer 😍 🥰

This week was very intense, and I'm just showing one day out of many that have been fabulous. You have to start somewhere 😂

I visited a radio station for some tests, which went very well. I can't believe this is happening and that I'm having this wonderful experience.

Although it's true that creating content is hard work, doing it at the radio station is very inspiring.

Not only did I spend the day at the radio station doing the auditions, but I also visited one of my favorite cafes, which I hadn't been to in many years.

It's very rewarding to have activities to do, to keep our minds occupied in the best possible way. So much so that I hadn't even been able to post. Now that things have calmed down, I'm getting back to my tasks and resting my mind and body.

I haven't run this week; my body is paying the price for all the stress I've been under, but now that I've fully recovered, the routine will start again. There are no quiet cycles, we only have cycles that need to be closed.

Keeping myself busy is the best thing I can do for myself 😍 🥰
