Por eso para cada situación hay algo que aprender, qué podría verse de mil formas o desde miles de perspectivas. Lo ideal es practicar este planteamiento, porque realmente lo veo simple, además que sirve de ejercicio para andar ligero de peso emocional y de practicar ser más felices. Este es uno de los ejercicios continuos que hago desde hace poquito tiempo 😅 tan poquito tiempo es, que es muy difícil, pero es el camino de sentirme tranquila y si estoy en un nivel de paz, ahí me quedo.

Hay que practicar el egoísmo y pensar en nosotros, por lo tanto ver las cosas desde otro lugar ayudará a querernos más. Según creo 😅
