This time I will make a snack that is delicious, quick, and easy to make: pancake. This pancake is healthier than regular pancakes. What I mean by healthier is: using ingredients that are relatively better in nutrition. For example, I use oat flour and almond flour. Oat flour contains more fiber than wheat flour. Almond flour contains higher protein than wheat flour. I use olive oil which has lower saturated fat than butter. These pancakes can be eaten with a variety of toppings. I use blueberries. Please use your favourite topping, just adjust it to your taste.

Almond Oat Pancakes
Ingredients: 1 cup oat flour 1 cup almond flour 1 cup milk (I use oat milk) 2 eggs 2 tablespoons honey 2 tbsp olive oil 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt
Method: Mix in a bowl: oat flour, almonds, baking powder, a pinch of salt. Add milk, honey, olive oil, eggs, mix well. Heat the pan, when it is hot, reduce the heat, pour a large spoon of pancake batter Wait for about 5 minutes (or until the bubbles set), flip the pancakes, cook for further 3 minutes or untul cooked. Transfer pancakes to a rack Pancakes are ready to serve serve with a topping mixture of softcheese + icing sugar, mix well, add blueberries.
