The National Game of Skate took place at Mukono Skatepark, hosted by the Uganda Skateboard Society. Skaters from various communities gathered for the chance to win exciting prizes. 
The competition was intense, with many skaters going head-to-head, showcasing their skills in a battle of tricks. Young skaters dominated the podium, impressing everyone with their gnarly moves, which highlighted the growing talent and improvement in the local skate scene.

I had the honor of attending as a representative of the Kampala Skateboard Initiative. It was a great opportunity to connect with fellow skaters, including Imran from Entebbe City Inline Rollers and Mr. Dungu Moses, the president of the Uganda Skating Federation, along with many others whose tricks blew me away. 
Events like these not only showcase incredible talent but also bring together people from across the skateboarding world. A big thank you to Skatehive for providing this platform to highlight the vibrant skate community!
