Hola, amigas y amigos Hivers y, atletas de Street Workout Community (SWC). ¡Espero que todas y todos se encuentren bien! Quiero compartirles un vídeo el cual las tomas fueron grabadas hace un par de meses por mi amigo @dilanbrad. En este video salgo haciendo ejercicios básicos los cuales son: fondos en anillas (arqueras y regulares), fondos en barras paralelas (90°, regulares y arqueras). Los ejercicios básicos son muy importantes ya que los mismos son cómo las raíces de un árbol, son la base de todo y... Son lo que sostienen todo.
