🌸 Ladies of Hive Contest #251: My main values [ES/EN]

Hoy me paso por acá para participar de las preguntas de la semana de la mano de @trucklife-family con temas muy interesantes para abordar que nos harán pensar bastante. También agradezco a @naath por la invitación 😊 ##### ***¿Cuáles son los tres valores principales que guían tus decisiones más importantes en la vida y cuál te resulta más difícil practicar de forma constante?*** **Responsabilidad - Empatía y Gratitud** Creo que estos 3 valores me definen bastante bien, soy muy responsable en todos los ámbitos de mi vida, tanto que a veces tengo que pelear con esto cuando empieza a pesarme mucho el tema de la responsabilidad porque tiendo a dejar de lado mis deseos para cumplir con todo lo pactado, encontrar un justo equilibrio es la clave, pero a veces puede ser difícil. También me considero una persona empática, no me cuesta ponerme en los zapatos de otro ser vivo, cualquiera que sea, y siempre que puedo intento ayudar en lo que esté en mis manos, y por supuesto, también practico la gratitud, intento ser agradecida con todo lo que tengo y lo que recibo, ser consciente de esto me trajo muchas cosas buenas en la vida, como si Dios o el universo, depende lo que crea cada uno, se moviera a mi favor y me devolviera lo que doy. Entonces es importante ser agradecido en la vida para que lo bueno llegue a nosotros. Ahora creo que si tengo que elegir un valor que me cuesta practicar sería el de la honestidad. Esto no quiere decir que no sea una persona honesta, no me malinterpreten, pero a veces me cuesta dar mi opinión sincera o tiendo a endulzarlo y si no encuentro la manera me lo guardo. Esto no es muy honesto de mi parte. Aunque a veces sí soy bastante honesta, pero en general me cuesta un poco expresar sentimientos y opiniones, entonces tiendo a guardar cosas que quizá nunca vean la luz y se queden ahí o salgan en los momentos menos indicados. Es algo que tengo que cambiar y ser más consciente de ello para incorporarlo a mi vida de la mejor manera posible.  _{[Fuente](https://pixabay.com/es/photos/mujer-campo-atardecer-hierba-4405820/)} ##### ***Al repasar tu vida, ¿cuáles son los momentos de los que te sientes más orgulloso y en los que te mantuviste fiel a tus creencias fundamentales?*** Me siento orgullosa de la persona que soy y logré construir a lo largo de estos años. Sé que no soy perfecta, ni busco serlo, y estoy agradecida porque creo que nunca me traicione a mi misma ni a mis valores. Seguro que tuve caídas, pero de ellas aprendí y pude levantarme, y seguir adelante, ya con la lección estudiada y dispuesta a no cometer los mismos errores. Cuando creo en algo me mantengo firme en mis elecciones y voy hasta el final, esto no significa que no fallé porque soy humana, pero mi prioridad es nunca rendirme y seguir adelante. Como les dije, siento orgullo de varios logros que obtuve en mi vida, pero lo principal es que me alegra ser la persona que soy.  Bueno amigos, hasta acá mi participación al concurso semanal. I'm stopping by today to participate in the questions of the week from @trucklife-family with very interesting topics to tackle that will make us think quite a bit. I also thank @naath for the invitation 😊. ##### ***What are the top three values that guide your major life decisions and which value do you find the most challenging to practice consistently?*** **Responsibility - Empathy and Gratitude** I think these 3 values define me quite well, I am very responsible in all areas of my life, so much so that sometimes I have to fight with this when the issue of responsibility starts to weigh heavily on me because I tend to put aside my desires to fulfill everything agreed, finding the right balance is the key, but sometimes it can be difficult. I also consider myself an empathic person, it is not hard for me to put myself in the shoes of another living being, whoever it may be, and whenever I can I try to help in whatever I can, and of course, I also practice gratitude, I try to be grateful with everything I have and what I receive, being aware of this brought me many good things in life, as if God or the universe, depends on what each one believes, moved in my favor and gave me back what I give. So it is important to be grateful in life so that good things come to us. Now I think if I have to choose one value that I have a hard time practicing it would be honesty. This is not to say that I am not an honest person, don't get me wrong, but sometimes I have a hard time giving my honest opinion or I tend to sugar coat it and if I can't find a way I keep it to myself. This is not very honest of me. Although sometimes I am quite honest, but in general I find it a bit difficult to express feelings and opinions, so I tend to keep things that may never see the light and stay there or come out at the wrong time. It is something that I have to change and be more aware of it to incorporate it into my life in the best possible way.  _{[Source](https://pixabay.com/es/photos/mujer-campo-atardecer-hierba-4405820/)} ##### ***Looking back over your life, what are the moments that you are proudest of, where you stayed true to your core beliefs?*** I am proud of the person I am and have become over the years. I know I am not perfect, nor do I seek to be, and I am grateful because I believe I have never betrayed myself or my values. Sure, I have had my downfalls, but I learned from them and was able to pick myself up and move forward, having learned my lesson and determined not to make the same mistakes again. When I believe in something, I stand firm in my choices and see it through to the end. This does not mean that I have not failed, because I am human, but my priority is to never give up and keep moving forward. As I said, I am proud of several achievements in my life, but the main thing is that I am happy to be the person I am.  Well, friends, that's it for my entry in the weekly contest.
