Hoy me paso por acá para traerles mi reseña acerca de la tercera temporada de la serie que logró atrapar a más de uno a pesar de su trama rebuscada, les estoy hablando de ***El verano en que me enamoré***. >Hello, friends! Mientras que Conrad está siguiendo con sus estudios en Boston y trata de mantenerse alejado de su familia por todo lo qué pasó. Sin embargo, el verano los vuelve a unir a todos en la casa de Cousins para celebrar la vida de Belly y Jeremiah. Will this wedding bring them back together, or will there be no turning back?  ## **Reseña - Review**  _{[Source](https://people.com/the-summer-i-turned-pretty-season-3-trailer-11751802)} Una temporada que se sintió como una montaña rusa de emociones, espere cada miércoles por un nuevo capítulo con mucha ilusión para ver cómo iban avanzando las cosas y me encontraba con muchas frustraciones porque mi protegido indiscutido fue Conrad Fisher y odie lo mal que fue tratado durante toda la serie, él no tuvo ni un momento de paz y parecía que lo culpaban de todas las desgracias del mundo. Así que ahí estaba lista cada miércoles para defenderlo a capa y espada. >It was a season that felt like an emotional roller coaster. Every Wednesday, I eagerly awaited each new episode to see how things would unfold, and I found myself feeling very frustrated because my undisputed favorite character was Conrad Fisher, and I hated how badly he was treated throughout the series. He didn't have a moment's peace, and it seemed like he was being blamed for all the misfortunes in the world. So there I was, ready every Wednesday to defend him tooth and nail. Como a mí me gusta decir, a esta temporada la nombre El verano en que me enamoré de Conrad Fisher con canciones de Taylor Swift de fondo. Es que no estaba en mis planes, pero de repente este chico hizo todo bien. Intentó remendar sus errores, fue a terapia, se enfrentó a sus demonios internos y externos, y al fin pudo abrir sus sentimientos, y decir lo qué pensaba. Siento que es el personaje que más creció en todo este tiempo y se noto un montón. Quedé encantada con Conrad Fisher.  >As I like to say, I'm naming this season “The Summer I Fell for Conrad Fisher with Taylor Swift Songs Playing in the Background”. It wasn't part of my plan, but suddenly this guy did everything right. He tried to fix his mistakes, went to therapy, faced his inner and outer demons, and was finally able to open up his feelings and say what he thought. I feel like he's the character who has grown the most during this time, and it shows. I was enchanted by Conrad Fisher.  _{[Source](https://collider.com/summer-i-turned-pretty-season-3-episodes-ranked/)} Es increíble como sentí que todos fingieron demencia con el hecho de que Belly y Conrad fueron pareja unos meses y al tiempo de cortar ella se puso de novia con el otro hermano Fisher. Pero parece que el malo siempre fue Conrad por haber estado deprimido porque se le estaba muriendo la madre entonces fue un novio de mierda mientras estuvo con Belly, okey. Ah no, yo sigo enojadísima por esto, ni olvido ni perdón. Encima la otra casi tira todo su futuro por la borda por un capricho del momento. >It's incredible how I felt that everyone pretended not to notice that Belly and Conrad were a couple for a few months and then, when they broke up, she started dating the other Fisher brother. But it seems that Conrad was always the bad guy for being depressed because his mother was dying, so he was a shitty boyfriend while he was with Belly, okay. Oh no, I'm still really angry about this, I won't forget or forgive. On top of that, the other one almost threw her whole future away on a whim. Es una reseña muy personal porque viví cada capítulo de esta temporada con una emoción como si se estuviera jugando un mundial de fútbol en términos futbolistas, así que imagínense, no puedo ser imparcial. Pero la verdad es que me divertí mucho viéndola y se sintió como algo ideal para desconectar de la realidad y las preocupaciones cotidianas. A veces necesitamos de producciones cómo estás que te absorban por completo un rato para poder escapar.  >This is a very personal review because I experienced each episode of this season with the same excitement as if it were the World Cup in soccer terms, so imagine, I can't be impartial. But the truth is that I had a lot of fun watching it and it felt like the perfect way to disconnect from reality and everyday worries. Sometimes we need productions like this that completely absorb us for a while so we can escape.  _{[Source](https://people.com/the-summer-i-turned-pretty-season-3-trailer-11751802)} Como siempre, una trama simple, pero efectiva y atrapante. También con su carga emotiva y dramática. Adoré a cada personaje que pasó por ella y sí, al final solo son eso, personajes ficticios. No los odie, pero si me frustraron bastante algunos. Fuera de la pareja principal mis favoritos indiscutidos fueron Steven y Taylor, yo los amé desde el inicio y su ship me dio mil años de vida. Ansiaba los momentos en que estuvieran juntos en pantalla, se me hacían increíbles. La verdad es que los sentí una pareja con mucha química, además Stevie pego un Grow up impresionante esta temporada que ni decirles si no la vieron.  >As always, a simple but effective and captivating plot. It also has its emotional and dramatic moments. I loved every character that appeared in it, and yes, in the end, they are just that, fictional characters. I didn't hate them, but some of them did frustrate me quite a bit. Outside of the main couple, my undisputed favorites were Steven and Taylor. I loved them from the start, and their ship gave me a thousand years of life. I longed for the moments when they were together on screen; they were incredible to me. The truth is that I felt they were a couple with great chemistry. Plus, Stevie had an impressive growth this season, which I won't spoil if you haven't seen it. Así que en líneas generales fue una buena temporada, aunque en un principio sentía que todo giraba en torno a una boda que me atrevo a decir sin considerarlo spoilers porque se veía venir a mil años luz de distancia que no se iba a realizar jajaja. Pero bueno, la emoción estaba en ver cómo llegaban a ese momento y todo lo que pasaba. Además, las escenas importantes musicalizadas con canciones de Taylor Swift de fondo las amé. De hecho, empecé a ver esta serie por eso jajaja, y me di cuenta que a otros les pasó lo inverso, empezaron a escuchar a Taylor después de que sus canciones salieran en la serie. Me parece un muy buen acierto, nada hubiera sonado tan bien como las canciones de Taylor en un drama adolescente.  >So overall it was a good season, although at first I felt that everything revolved around a wedding, which I dare say without considering it a spoiler because you could see it coming a mile away that it wasn't going to happen, ha ha ha. But anyway, the excitement was in seeing how they got to that moment and everything that happened. I also loved the important scenes set to Taylor Swift songs in the background. In fact, that's why I started watching this series, ha ha ha, and I realized that others had the opposite experience: they started listening to Taylor after her songs appeared in the series. I think it was a very good choice; nothing would have sounded as good as Taylor's songs in a teen drama.  _{[Source](https://collider.com/summer-i-turned-pretty-season-3-episodes-ranked/)} No quiero que esta reseña se extienda mucho, nada más quería marcar lo que me hizo sentir esta temporada y recomendarla a todos los que aún no la vieron. Sé que les puede parecer súper cliché este tipo de series, pero les juro que es una obsesión total porque te hace vivir muchas emociones juntas y pasas de la rabia a la risa, de la frustración al odio y así hasta que al final todo se pone en su lugar y queda más o menos como todos nos imaginamos. Aunque este no es el fin porque tras la culminación de la serie se anunció que va a salir una película que termine por cerrar todos los cabos sueltos, o eso es lo que se esperaba. Así que todavía están a tiempo de subirse a este tren de la locura, los invitó. >I don't want this review to be too long, I just wanted to highlight how this season made me feel and recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it yet. I know this type of series may seem super cliché, but I swear it's totally addictive because it makes you experience so many emotions at once, going from anger to laughter, from frustration to hatred, and so on, until in the end everything falls into place and turns out more or less as we all imagined. Although this isn't the end, because after the series ended, it was announced that a movie will be released to tie up all the loose ends, or at least that's what was expected.
