How to "Breakfast" with Green smoothies? - Smoothie CODE

Hello, how are you today? I hope everything is going well for everyone. Well, after a long period of hectic schedules, I'm finally back at Hive, where I can write about whatever I want:)) So the last time I made a concerted effort to cook was last week. This week has been quite stressful. Because a few of my friends have asked me how I "breakfast" with green smoothies? What I can tell you is this:

Ingredients:

  • Green veggies (around 1 or 2 handfuls of this)
  • Fruits (50-70%)
  • Liquid (Just water, nut milk, or coconut water/milk) ~200-300ml
  • Vegan protein/ Nuts - 1 tablespoon

To make a quick green breakfast, combine the four ingredients listed above. If you're worried about stomach discomfort, cut back on the nuts and avocado. They both have a lot of good fat, but fats are still difficult to digest. As a result, if your digestive system isn't in tip-top shape, I recommend limiting your intake of nuts and avocados. However, limiting doesn't mean not using them at all. Just add more of them everyday to see if you've got the right amount that fits your body demands.

You can start with just one smoothie meal per day for breakfast, and then once you've gotten used to it, you can add a smoothie to lunch or dinner as well. After a while, it can do wonders for your body!
