I am quite well and proud of my little flea, my son Thiago Gabriel, because he learned to ride a bike and that makes me very happy.
Verán, hace años que esta bicicleta estaba parada en el patio de mi casa porque era de mi hermana mayor y se la teníamos guardada porque en algún momento de la vida pensamos que se la llevaría, pero mi hermana nos dijo que podríamos llenar los cauchos y dársela a Thiago mejor.
Yo estaba algo dudosa porque la bicicleta es algo grande pero él me dijo que había estado practicando en casa de la abuela (la visita los fines de semana y allá convive con muchos niños, así que supongo que había aprovechado para aprender con las bicicletas cosa que me sorprendió porque no me lo había comentado).
You see, this bike had been sitting in my backyard for years because it belonged to my older sister, and we had kept it because at some point we thought she would take it with her, but my sister told us we could fill the tires and give it to Thiago instead.
I was a little hesitant because the bike is quite big, but he told me that he had been practicing at his grandmother's house (he visits on weekends and there are lots of children there, so I guess he had taken the opportunity to learn to ride bikes, which surprised me because he hadn't mentioned it to me).

Afortunadamente era fin de semana y se pone la feria en el parque, así que fue más entretenido ir rodando con la bicicleta, ya luego nos metimos a la ciclo vía mientras yo estaba muy atenta a él por si acaso, pero la verdad lo hizo excelente y yo más feliz y orgullosa no podía estar de mi bebé grande, además de que también me hizo trotar y hacer algo de ejercicio, cosa que me gustó porque me hace sentirme productiva también.

Luckily, it was the weekend and there was a fair in the park, so it was more fun to ride the bike, and then we got on the bike path while I kept a close eye on him just in case, but honestly, he did great, and I couldn't have been happier or prouder of my big baby. Plus, it also made me jog and get some exercise, which I liked because it makes me feel productive too.
