Hoy les contaré la segunda parte de lo que fue nuestra participación en el plan vacacional que organizó una chica en mi ciudad. Su plan vacacional duraba 5 días, esos días ella contaría con el apoyo de diferentes personas que la ayudarían a desarrollar las actividades. La chica que me invitó a la actividad el día del niño estuvo el primer día con ellas por eso la mayoría de las niñas tenían sus peinados con trenzas. Nosotros haríamos parte del segundo día y ya de ahí nos despedíamos del plan vacacional.Hello Guys!
Today I'll tell you the second part of our participation in the vacation program organized by a girl in my city. Her vacation program lasted five days, and during those days she would have the support of various people who would help her carry out the activities. The girl who invited me to the Children's Day activity was with them on the first day, so most of the girls had their hair braided. We would be part of the second day, and then we would say goodbye to the vacation program.
La actividad se desarrolló en completa calma, los niños estaban bien concentrados pintando y solo se escuchaban algunas conversaciones.
La organizadora de la actividad no puso en ningún momento música, cosa que me extrañó un poco, pero bueno, ya ahí no comenté nada y seguí en lo mío.
Mientras trabajaban en sus cuadros yo les tomé algunas fotos. Algunos fueron terminando pues no quisieron darle mayor detalle y se levantaron de la mesa.
The activity was completely peaceful; the children were deeply focused on painting, and only a few conversations could be heard.
The activity organizer didn't play any music at any point, which surprised me a little, but anyway, I didn't comment on it and continued with my work.
While they were working on their paintings, I took some photos. Some finished them as they didn't want to give them more details and left the table.
Fuimos tomando algunas fotos con los chicos que fueron terminando pero no podíamos irnos hasta terminar con todos.
Había una niña que no había llegado aún y nos tocaba esperarla. Llegó súper tarde, pero inmediatamente se puso a trabajar.
Era pequeña y se podrán imaginar lo que pasó con su cuadro 🤭😂.
Luego de que hiciera magia con su obra me tocó intervenir un poco. Ella había hecho algo colorido que me pareció genial, así que lo que hice fue repasar con marcador la silueta y terminó siendo una obra espectacular.
We took some photos with the kids as they finished, but we couldn't leave until everyone was done.
There was one girl who hadn't arrived yet, and we had to wait for her. She arrived super late, but she immediately got to work.
She was little, and you can imagine what happened to her painting 🤭😂.
After she worked her magic with her work, it was my turn to intervene a little. She had done something colorful that I thought was great, so what I did was trace the silhouette with a marker, and it ended up being a spectacular piece.
Antes de irnos tocó la foto grupal, y no saben lo complicado que es hacer que 10 niños de diferentes edades miren la cámara al mismo tiempo.
Yo suelo tomar muchas fotos cuando hago esto porque sé que es una tarea complicada y que de alguna de esas fotos habrá alguna buena.
Estas fueron las mejores, y también se hizo el intento porque quedara una bien metiéndome en el grupo.
Before we left, it was time for the group photo, and you have no idea how difficult it is to get 10 children of different ages to look at the camera at the same time.
I usually take a lot of photos when I do this because I know it's a complicated task and that some of those photos will be good.
These were the best, and an attempt was also made to get one of them right by including me in the group.
Ya después de esas fotos nos despedimos de todos, agradecí a la chica por hacerme parte de su actividad y nos fuimos caminando a la avenida para tomar el transporte.
Estábamos cerca de una heladería, así que se me ocurrió invitarle un helado a mi hijo en recompensa por haberme ayudado.
El lo escogió de uva y luego se que lo disfrutó, estábamos listos para ir a casa.
Cómo ya les he comentado, me gusta participar en este tipo de actividades, porque a pesar de que no se obtienen muchas ganancias económicas, el ganar experiencia tiene mucho más valor para mí.

After those photos, we said goodbye to everyone. I thanked the girl for letting me participate in her activity, and we walked to the avenue to catch the shuttle.
We were near an ice cream shop, so I thought I'd treat my son to some ice cream as a reward for helping me.
He chose a grape ice cream, and after I knew he enjoyed it, we were ready to go home.
As I've already mentioned, I like participating in these types of activities because even though there aren't many financial gains, the experience is much more valuable to me.
