Today, we have two very interesting topics, but I'll address the first one. If you could describe a spice, what would it be and explain why you chose it.
In my case, I like to cook with a few spices in particular, such as onion, chili, cilantro, and others. But if there's one that I like, consume, and that identifies me, it's garlic.
Garlic is a spice used in cooking for its delicious flavor, but it also has many beneficial effects on human health: it lowers cholesterol, reduces blood fat levels, protects the heart and arteries, is beneficial for combating high blood pressure, and strengthens the body's defenses.
In addition to the above, it is recommended for its effects on the musculoskeletal system.
Seeing these benefits, I identify with myself because:
I defend my family from everything and every negative element that could affect it. I appreciate the unity of my friends, family, and neighbors around good ideas and peaceful coexistence. I love my children, my husband, and my family with all my heart, and it's the way I give them my heart.
Like garlic, I transmit many positive things that impact the well-being of my family, and I'm glad that's the case because they are the driving force that inspires me and motivates me to keep moving forward.
If all of the above weren't enough, I like to dance and I like music, something that, like garlic, gives life a great flavor.

Hola a todas las emprendedoras de la comunidad y a todos los compañeros que también hacen vida en nuestra bella casa.
Hoy, nos proponen dos temas muy interesantes, pero, abordaré el primero de ellos en el que nos preguntan que si una especie pudiera describirme cuál sería y explicar el porqué de mi elección.
En mi caso, me gusta cocinar con algunas especies en particular, como cebolla, ají, culantro y otros. Pero, si hay una que me gusta, consumo y me identifica, es el ajo.
El ajo es una especia que se utiliza en la cocina por el buen sabor que produce, pero, también tiene muchos efectos beneficiosos sobre la salud humana porque reduce el colesterol, disminuye los niveles de grasas en la sangre, protege el corazón y las arterias, es beneficioso para combatir la hipertensión arterial y refuerza las defensas del organismo.
Además de lo anterior, es recomendable por los efectos que produce en el sistema osteomuscular.
Viendo esos beneficios, me identifica porque:
Defiendo a mi familia de todo y de todos los elementos negativos que puedan afectarla. Me gusta la unidad de mis amistades, familiares y vecinos en torno a las buenas ideas y la convivencia pacífica. Amo con todo mi ser a mis hijos, mi esposo y mi familia y es la manera de entregarles mi corazón.
Como el ajo trasmito muchas cosas positivas que inciden en el bienestar de mi familia y me alegra que así sea porque ellos son el motor que me inspira y motivan a seguir hacia adelante.
Si todo lo anterior no bastara, me gusta bailar y me gusta la música, algo que como el ajo le da un gran sabor a la vida.
