It's August, and despite the heat and rain, we're on vacation. In reality, though, I'm retired, and my vacations last forever.
We left early in the morning to avoid the high temperatures of midday. Besides, it's better to take public transportation at this time. In this case, we took a bus, which is more expensive, but much better for getting to our hometown.

I admit I didn't want to go out because I had to wear a dress, a custom for this woman who, well over 60, considers this item of clothing to be worn on formal and special occasions, and this is one of them.

But when I got home, my perception changed because the atmosphere was familiar, the people were pleasant, and the evening's offerings were to my husband's and my liking: he with his beer and I with my cream.

Another element I liked was the home's natural surroundings, with plants that brightened my afternoon because I love them.

It was a very pleasant day because, in addition to the aforementioned offerings, we danced, chatted, played some board games like dominoes, and, most importantly, enjoyed ourselves with friends.

Although I haven't finished my Wednesday trip yet, I wanted to tell you how it went so far.
Have a great day, and see you on my next trip.

Today, I went out with my husband to enjoy the invitation of some friends who had invited us to their home.
