and partners of Street Workout Finalmente, el dÃa lunes retomé mis entrenamientos en el Parque Base Aragua.
Les compartiré mi rutina de ejercicios básica para recuperar fuerza, ya que estuve inactiva durante varias semanas. Comencé con un pequeño calentamiento de 5 minutos, incluyendo 2 vueltas al parque.
Al terminar el calentamiento, inicié con la rutina:
- **Primer ejercicio:** dominadas pronas — 4 series de 6 repeticiones, incluyendo negativas.
- **Segundo ejercicio:** fondos en barra paralela — 4 series de 5 repeticiones.
- **Tercer ejercicio:** dominadas australianas — 5 series de 10 repeticiones.
Esa fue mi rutina de entrenamiento del dÃa en el Parque Base Aragua.
Finally, on Monday I resumed my training at the Aragua Base Park.
I will share with you my basic workout routine to regain strength, since I was inactive for several weeks. I started with a short warm-up of 5 minutes, including 2 laps around the park.
After finishing the warm up, I started with the routine:
- **First exercise:** prone pull-ups - 4 sets of 6 reps, including negatives.
- **Second exercise:** parallel bar dips - 4 sets of 5 repetitions.
- **Third exercise:** Australian pull-ups - 5 sets of 10 reps.
That was my workout routine for the day at Aragua Base Park
