and partners of Street Workout Aproveché que mi pareja aún no habÃa llegado al parque, asà que me tomé algunas fotografÃas antes y después de mi entrenamiento. Hice algunas variaciones de parada de manos ahorita es, el estático qué que más estoy dominando en estos momentos. Quise practicar diferentes paradas de mano, como la parada de mano llamada escorpio y la parada de mano arquera. Aunque todavÃa no tengo la flexibilidad suficiente como la que tenÃa antes poco a poco estoy volviendo a recuperarla bueno amigos y amigas de SWC y Hive en mi próxima publicación les traeré un video haciendo mi rutina de ejercicios.
I took advantage of the fact that my partner had not yet arrived at the park, so I took some pictures before and after my workout. I did some variations of handstand now, the static one which I am mastering the most at the moment. I wanted to practice different handstands, like the scorpio handstand and the archer handstand. Although I still don't have enough flexibility as I had before I am slowly getting it back. Well friends of SWC and Hive in my next post I will bring you a video doing my exercise routine.
