Hello everyone, I hope your week is off to a great start. Today I come to tell you about different plans and activities that we also manage to do in Cartagena. Plans that you should not miss. First I should tell you that we were on this trip with two people who live or lived in Cartagena, so for that reason, we had more things to do because these little people wanted us not to miss anything. In one of those plans, we went to a crepes & waffles which to tell the truth, looked more like a house than a restaurant. You were seated near trees but the service was very good and being seated outdoors it was windy and hot. We visited this restaurant just to have some drinks like sodas or some desserts like the baby doll.
After eating those delicious desserts, we went to eat fritos at a place called Frito Mar where you can also order by rappi but we decided to buy them and walk to the bay and eat there near the sea. These fritos were really tasty, hot and the girl gave us many sauces to go with them that were also very tasty. Here they sell everything, arepa de huevo, empanadas, carimañolas, deditos de queso as well as deditos rancheros that looked finger licking good.
To end our night, we went up to the clock tower to take a couple of pictures there. The clock tower is beautiful and you can take spectacular pictures but there is not much to do there to be honest. Also there are a lot of people and you can see in the streets a lot of chivas rumberas because yes, they also have them there and you can see that they enjoy it a lot hahaha. This is definitely a great plan to do in a group. We only stopped there at the clock tower, we took pictures and from there we went to drink the cheap cocktails that they sell in Getsemani which I told you about in another post. But all in all, everything was amazing. We had a great time. That was all for today, I hope you liked it, see you in a future post. Best regards.
