Quería compartirles que el 13 de Julio fué un día especial para mí, no sólo porque fué mi cumpleaños, sino porque me di cuenta de lo afortunada que soy por tener a personas tan buenas que me quieren, apoyan y estiman.
Sin lugar a dudas este año no ha sido fácil, de hecho, creo que ha sido por los momentos el peor año de mi vida. Entre tantos momentos de preocupación, estrés, enojo y tristeza por realidades y situaciones que se nos escapan de las manos. Se volvió rutina ahogarme en la oscuridad de mi cuarto, la soledad y depresión son cosas realmente abrumadoras. Sin embargo he sido muy fuerte y he mejorado bastante, también me he abierto a personas que han estado dispuestas a escucharme y apoyarme.
He aprendiendo a soltar el pasado y a las personas que decidieron irse de mi vida, cortar vinculos dañinos de forma madura y poco a poco darle menos importancia a estas situaciones defavorables. Me he estado centrando en mi salud mental, física y mis objetivos, por los momentos vivo una vida llena de paz, armonía y cariño hacia mi yo interior, mi propio ser. Si no me amo de manera pura, ¿cómo podría amar a los demás?
Muchas personas han estado para mi apoyandome, dándome ánimos y deseando que siga creciendo como persona, a todas esas personas, os quiero y extraño mucho. Sinceramente todos ustedes influyen de manera positiva en mi ser. Gracias a aquellos que se tomaron la molestia de mandarme sus felicitaciones y buenos deseos a travez de un texto, una llamada e incluso una visita, me siento afortunada de tener a tan buenas personas en mi vida.
Todos ustedes me hicieron darme que cuenta que no estoy sóla, que siempre hay alguien que haría lo que fuera para verte felíz, que hay personas que por más ocupadas esten te tienen presente en su vida de una u otra forma y te lo demuestran con hechos.
La pasé realmente genial, no hice la gran cosa pero pude compartir con mi pequeña familia, poco pero bendito. tomé muchas fotos así que se los voy a compartir.
I wanted to share with you that July 13th was a special day for me, not only because it was my birthday, but because I realized how lucky I am to have such good people who love, support and esteem me.
Undoubtedly this year has not been easy, in fact, I think it has been by far the worst year of my life. Among so many moments of worry, stress, anger and sadness for realities and situations that escape from our hands. It became routine to drown myself in the darkness of my room, loneliness and depression are really overwhelming things. However I have been very strong and have improved a lot, I have also opened up to people who have been willing to listen and support me.
I have learned to let go of the past and the people who decided to leave my life, cut harmful bonds in a mature way and little by little give less importance to these unfavorable situations. I have been focusing on my mental and physical health and my goals, for the moment I live a life full of peace, harmony and affection towards my inner self, my own being. If I do not love myself in a pure way, how could I love others?
Many people have been there for me supporting me, encouraging me and wishing me to continue to grow as a person, to all of those people, I love and miss you very much. Sincerely all of you have a positive influence on my being. Thank you to those who took the time to send me their congratulations and good wishes through a text, a call or even a visit, I feel fortunate to have such good people in my life.
You all made me realize that I am not alone, that there is always someone who would do anything to see you happy, that there are people who, no matter how busy they are, keep you in their lives in one way or another and show it with facts.
I had a really great time, I didn't do much but I was able to share with my little family, little but blessed. I took a lot of pictures so I will share them with you.

_Espero no haber sido tan cursi 😂😅 pero es la manera en la que me siento. si estás pasando en una situación similar espero mi escrito pueda servirte de apoyo, recuerda, siempre hay alguien que está viendo nuestros pasos, alguien que nos estima y nos quiere mucho sólo que a veces como ser humano nos dejamos llevar por nuestras emociones negativas, ánimo y disfruta sin complicarte tanto la vida. I hope I have not been so corny 😂😅 but it's the way I feel. if you are going through a similar situation I hope my writing can be of support, remember, there is always someone who is watching our steps, someone who esteems us and loves us very much just that sometimes as a human being we get carried away by our negative emotions, cheer up and enjoy without complicating your life so much.
