Renovando una pared en casa [ESP/ENG]

## Español Hola a todos! de nuevo por esta genial comunidad pero esta vez para contarles sobre algunos cambios que estamos haciendo en casa, y es que resulta que una de las paredes de la habitación que da hacia la calle estaba algo deteriorada (ya que recibe mucha humedad en invierno), por lo que a mi esposo se le ocurrió la idea de poner algo más allí, entonces fuimos a la tienda Leroy Merlin y ambos nos decidimos por ladrillos ya que al parecer están bastante en tendencia ahora jaja, así que los compramos, pero antes de empezar a pegarlos, el primer paso fue quitar las capas de pintura vieja de la pared con ayuda de una espátula por eso ven parte de la pared fea en las fotos, pero en realidad no estaba así. Luego de quitar los restos de pintura, mi esposo empezó a pegar los ladrillos con ayuda de un nivel laser para que todo quede nivelado pero algunos ladrillos tuvo que cortarlos con una amoladora (ya que hay un enchufe en la pared y otros pegaban con el borde de la ventana) razón por la cual mi esposo se cortó un brazo por eso lo ven con una venda en él (por suerte no fue grave pero si tuvo que ir al hospital para que le pusieran puntos de sutura y además la vacuna toxoide tetánico ya que puede contraer una infección por bacterias y es que aunque parezca un trabajo sencillo es importante usar protección para este tipo de trabajos. Ahora bien, la pared ya está casi terminada, aunque aún faltaron pegar un par de ladrillos al lado del gabinete de la cocina (que por cierto tuvo que sacarlos) pero esperamos continuar pronto luego de comprar más ya que se terminaron, y además hay que darle un retoque a los ladrillos, y también a la pared (como lijar la masilla que se aplicó) para luego pintar esta. Luego de eso tenemos otros planes con la cocina pero se los estaré mostrando pronto, espero que les guste, por ahora me despido con una foto de Olivia y mía quienes veíamos a mi esposo dandola toda en este trabajo jajaja. ## English Hello, everyone! I'm back in this great community, but this time to tell you about some changes we're making at home. It turns out that one of the walls in the room facing the street was somewhat damaged (since it gets very damp in winter), so my husband came up with the idea of putting something else there. so we went to the Leroy Merlin store and we both decided on bricks since they seem to be quite trendy right now haha, so we bought them, but before we started sticking them on, the first step was to remove the layers of old paint from the wall with a spatula, which is why you can see part of the ugly wall in the photos, but it wasn't actually like that. After removing the paint residue, my husband began laying the bricks with the help of a laser level to ensure everything was level, but he had to cut some bricks with a grinder (since there is an outlet in the wall and others were sticking out from the edge of the window), which is why my husband cut his arm, so you see him with a bandage on it. (luckily it wasn't serious, but he did have to go to the hospital to get stitches and a tetanus shot, since he could get a bacterial infection. Even though it seems like a simple job, it's important to use protection for this type of work). Now, the wall is almost finished, although we still need to stick a couple of bricks next to the kitchen cabinet (which, by the way, he had to remove), but we hope to continue soon after buying more, as they ran out. We also need to touch up the bricks and the wall (how to sand the putty that was applied) so we can paint it. After that, we have other plans for the kitchen, but I'll show you those soon.
