Creating layers of flavors in food is one of my specialties, and one of the epic realities we serve up at the @gardenofeden.
We know of no reason to serve up the ordinary, when extraordinary is always available right now!
Contrast in color, texture, temperature and flavor are all of high priority.
We pre-make many of our sauces and individual ingredients, so that every bite is a surprise in and of itself.
These are two halves, intended to be folded together and eaten as one sandwich. Of course that makes for a decadent big bite for a pretty large mouth, a sandwich to be eaten with a fork and knife, or for someone really inspired to roll up their sleeves and delve into the creamy, crunchy, spicy, cheesy, juicy, crispy, sweet and tart gooey-ness simply for the sake of this one-of-a-kind experience!
We don't live by rules at the @gardenofeden, and our culinary expression is no exception. This sandwich will never be made again, though another potent incarnation is sure to come to life. We're always grateful to share a creative surprise with others. Who will be our next blessed guest!?
