Saludos apreciados lectores hoy doy vida y amor a mi blog con una anécdota que me ha permitido en estos tiempos sensibilizarme ante lo que es la convivencia laboral, un aspecto de nuestras vidas algunas veces difícil de mirar y sostener, sin embargo, soy de las cree que cuando la vida nos vincula con ciertos espacios, el fin último se basa en dar y recibir, y es allí donde nos consolidamos en el tiempo necesario para cumplir nuestra misión, tanto para nosotros mismos como para el contexto.
Greetings dear readers, today I give life and love to my blog with an anecdote that has allowed me in these times to sensitize myself to what is the coexistence at work, an aspect of our lives sometimes difficult to look at and sustain, however, I believe that when life links us with certain spaces, the ultimate goal is based on giving and receiving, and that is where we consolidate in the time necessary to fulfill our mission, both for ourselves and for the context.
Hace 6 meses que cambie de trabajo, decidiendo soltar aquello que sentía seguro pero que iba en detrimento de mi bienestar, en especial mi paz mental. Venia del ámbito educativo donde el trabajo diario durante 16 años con niños y niñas, eran las artes, el cual fue muy bonito y lleno de satisfacciones de lo que a pesar de las precarias condiciones laborales que vivimos los docentes en nuestro país Venezuela, rescato experiencias que me permitieron estimular y desarrollar mis habilidades blandas y creativas.
Six months ago I changed jobs, deciding to let go of what I felt safe but was detrimental to my well-being, especially my peace of mind. I came from the educational field where the daily work for 16 years with children, were the arts, which was very nice and full of satisfactions of what despite the precarious working conditions that we teachers live in our country Venezuela, I rescue experiences that allowed me to stimulate and develop my soft and creative skills.
Es así como en estos momentos me encuentro en un nuevo espacio laboral perteneciente a la administración pública que no es la panacea para mí, pero en el he encontrado más posibilidades de expansión, conociendo otros ambientes y personas afines. Este nuevo empleo no se desliga del ámbito educativo ya que en esta organización el interés durante el año escolar, es facilitar, promover y formar brigadas patrimoniales escolares basado en un programa educativo realizado por historiadores y arqueólogos, cuyos temas están fundamentados en los patrimonios materiales e inmateriales nacionales, especialmente los de Caracas y sus 22 parroquias.
This is how at this moment I find myself in a new work space belonging to the public administration that is not the panacea for me, but in it I have found more possibilities of expansion, knowing other environments and like-minded people. This new job is not detached from the educational field because in this organization the interest during the school year is to facilitate, promote and train school heritage brigades based on an educational program conducted by historians and archaeologists, whose themes are based on the national tangible and intangible heritage, especially those of Caracas and its 22 parishes.
Este trabajo es llevado a cabo por un equipo de 16 facilitadores que promueve esta información en instituciones educativas, para que los estudiantes adquieran los conocimiento de una manera didáctica, lúdica y creativa, y así en ellos promover el interés de conservar y salvaguardar los bienes materiales e inmateriales de la nación.
This work is carried out by a team of 16 facilitators who promote this information in educational institutions, so that students acquire knowledge in a didactic, playful and creative way, and thus promote in them the interest of conserving and safeguarding the material and immaterial assets of the nation.
Entonces nuestra labor mayormente es durante el año escolar, entre agosto y septiembre cumplimos horario en oficina, como también en algunas actividades para apoyar comunidades, un ejemplo de ello fue el plan vacacional comunitario Venezuela Rie 2025.
So our work is mostly during the school year, between August and September we work office hours, as well as in some activities to support communities, an example of which was the community vacation plan Venezuela Rie 2025.
El estar en la oficina ha sido para mi una experiencia escabrosa, visualizar las relaciones interpersonales entre rutina y mandatos que van en disminución de la integridad personal, me ha resultado difícil de asimilar. Sin embargo, ante esto he venido mirando lo que me resulta beneficioso y las posibilidades que tengo de hacer algo para sentirme cómoda donde me encuentro, por supuesto respetando a mis superiores y a aquellos que no resuenan con mis propuestas, ideales y personalidad.
Being in the office has been a difficult experience for me, visualizing the interpersonal relationships between routine and mandates that diminish personal integrity, has been difficult to assimilate. However, in the face of this I have been looking at what is beneficial to me and the possibilities I have to do something to feel comfortable where I am, of course respecting my superiors and those who do not resonate with my proposals, ideals and personality.
Es por eso en estos dos últimos meses propuse a mi jefe inmediato realizar una jornada de talleres creativos en el horario de oficina, cuyo propósito aparte de distraernos es adquirir estrategias y recursos que podemos adoptar en nuestro trabajo con los niños y niñas cuando iniciemos año escolar, basándonos en el programa establecido y minuciosamente investigado y elaboración por los historiadores y arqueólogos de la institución. Esta propuesta fue aprobada en conjunto con otros talleres formativos que ellos han venido realizando en otras temporadas y en el que me involcre asetivamente.
That is why in these last two months I proposed to my immediate boss to carry out a day of creative workshops during office hours, whose purpose apart from distracting us is to acquire strategies and resources that we can adopt in our work with children when we start the school year, based on the program established and thoroughly researched and developed by historians and archaeologists of the institution. This proposal was approved in conjunction with other formative workshops that they have been conducting in other seasons and in which I am actively involved.
Ya para inicio de año escolar entre septiembre y octubre el primer tema que trabajaremos es “sensibilización patrimonial” y “pasado y presente indígena”, ante esto hice la invitación para enseñarles al equipo de compañeros, que si bien mencionamos a los **Toromaimas** tribus indígena caraqueña ya extinta, es importante dar a conocer otras etnias cuya cultura y tradiciones aún se mantiene con sus costumbres e indumentarias. Es por eso que les invité a realizar un catálogo con pinturas faciales indígenas de distintas localidades de Venezuela, un tema de actualidad que recibí a través de un taller y que siento el gusto de dar a conocer pues nos permite ampliar nuestros conocimientos para la preservación de la identidad y respeto de nuestros pueblos originarios.
At the beginning of the school year between September and October the first theme we will work on is “heritage awareness” and “indigenous past and present”, before this I made the invitation to teach the team of colleagues, that although we mention the **Toromaimas ** Caracas indigenous tribes already extinct, it is important to raise awareness of other ethnic groups whose culture and traditions are still maintained with their customs and clothing. That is why I invited them to make a catalog with indigenous facial paintings of different localities of Venezuela, a current issue that I received through a workshop and that I am pleased to make known because it allows us to expand our knowledge for the preservation of identity and respect for our native peoples.
También les ofrecí otro taller de mándalas tejidos con el que logramos integrarnos un poco más en la oficina, y con este conocimiento más una danza circular cuyo tema es el abrazo, asistimos a una casa de abuelos quienes estuvieron súper agradecidos y llenos de emoción por la visita.
I also offered them another workshop of woven mandalas with which we were able to integrate a little more in the office, and with this knowledge plus a circular dance whose theme is the hug, we attended a grandparents' house who were very grateful and full of emotion for the visit.
También ofrecí a mis compañeros la realización de serpentinas danzarinas y títeres de dedos con material de oficina, cuya motivación fue muy gratas al punto de que algunos crearon varios ejemplares para compartir en familia. De igual forma les invite a conocernos musicalmente ya que algunos están el área de la música, como profesión, aficionados y otros que desean aprender. De esta manera tuvimos un un día de lluvia en la oficina donde cantamos, tocamos tambores, cuatro y maracas sin que nos faltara una tasa de café.
I also offered to my colleagues the realization of dancing streamers and finger puppets with office material, whose motivation was very pleasant to the point that some created several copies to share with the family. I also invited them to get to know us musically since some of them are in the area of music, as a profession, amateurs and others who wish to learn. In this way we had a rainy day in the office where we sang, played drums, cuatro and maracas without missing a cup of coffee.
Y lo que no me podía faltar era invitarlos a realizar una clase de Biodanza dirigida por mí, actividad en la que mucho fueron los llamados y pocos los asistentes, sin embargo, me quedo la gran satisfacción de haber contribuido al despertar de los potenciales creativos y afectivos del equipo de trabajo, que de verdad siento causo un impacto positivo para quienes participaron, los cuales cada viernes se han ido con expectativas sobre lo que haremos en oficina para los próximos días.
And what I could not miss was to invite them to conduct a Biodanza class led by me, activity in which many were the calls and few attendees, however, I am left with the great satisfaction of having contributed to the awakening of the creative and emotional potentials of the team, which I really feel caused a positive impact for those who participated, which every Friday have left with expectations about what we will do in the office for the next few days.
Estas actividades movilizaron mucho al equipo de trabajo, al punto de convertirse en motivo de comentarios descalificantes disfrazados de juegos por aquellos que no asisiteron, dirigidos hacia aquellos que dijeron sí en cada propuesta, y de lo que yo me sorprendo al ver como la confianza en los vínculos laborales puede llegar a tergiversarse al punto de utilizarla para invalidar el logro de otro.
These activities greatly mobilized the work team, to the point of becoming a reason for disqualifying comments disguised as games by those who did not attend, directed towards those who said yes to each proposal, and of which I am surprised to see how trust in work bonds can be distorted to the point of being used to invalidate the achievement of another.
Esto me ha enseñado a mirar varias caras del ámbito laboral donde hay muchas personas deseosas de su bienestar capaz de abrirse a lo novedoso y saludable para sí misma y su contexto donde van en la reconquista de su ser, también veo a otros donde el tiempo los consume en el hacer y que en momentos mencionan la necesidad de actividades que los armonicen, pero lo dejan pasar, mientras hay otros que manifiestan resistencia cuya forma es la indiferencia o la expresión toxica hacia bienestar de los demás. A pesar de todo me siento muy contenta de lo logrado, manteniéndome en disposición de seguir contribuyendo al bienestar de aquellos que en resonancia pactemos por una mejor calidad de vida a partir de lo que hagamos desde el amor.
This has taught me to look at several faces of the work environment where there are many people who are desirous of their well-being, capable of opening themselves to what is new and healthy for themselves and their context where they go in the reconquest of their being, I also see others where time consumes them in doing and at times they mention the need for activities that harmonize them, but they let it pass, while there are others who show resistance whose form is indifference or toxic expression towards the well-being of others. In spite of everything, I feel very happy with what I have achieved, keeping myself ready to continue contributing to the welfare of those who in resonance we agree for a better quality of life from what we do from love.
