Asistiendo con amigos de trabajo a una marcha por la concienciación sobre el cáncer de mama - Octubre Rosa 🌸|| Attending a breast cancer awareness march with coworkers - Pink October 🌸

Un saludo mi querida comunidad y a todos lo que hacen vida en esta linda plataforma, en este oportunidad les quiero compartir un poco de lo que fue una linda actividad realizada en la institución donde trabajo, y es que en celebración, sensibilidad y concienciación, se llevo a cabo como cada año una marca por el "mes rosa", un mes dedicado a la enseñanza, reflexión y educación para la detección temprana y prevenir el cáncer de mama, el cual se conmemora internacionalmente el 19 de Octubre en homenaje a aquellas personas que están en ese proceso de lucha y tambien para aquellas victoriosa que lograron superarlo. >Greetings to my dear community and to everyone who brings life to this beautiful platform. On this occasion, I would like to share with you a little bit about a wonderful activity that took place at the institution where I work. In celebration, sensitivity, and awareness, as every year, we marked “Pink Month,” a month dedicated to teaching, reflection, and education for the early detection and prevention of breast cancer, which is commemorated internationally on October 19 in tribute to those who are in the process of fighting it and also to those who have victoriously overcome it.    Me emociona mucho cuando en la institución se realizan este tipo de actividades, allí nos piden desde el día anterior un color en especifico de vestimenta y asi todos en armonía salimos a marchar, algunos alumnos con ayuda de sus maestros realizan hermosos y alusivos carteles sobre el tema, invitando a la población incluso a ellos mismos a tomar conciencia sobre la importancia y las millones de vidas que se podrían salvar si se detecta a tiempo, hablarlo abiertamente es un gran paso y hacerle entender quizás aquellas personas sobre todo que por temor a un chequeo no lo hacen o simplemente ignoran auto explorarse, una acción que tambien ayuda en la detección temprana en caso de no visitar el medico regularmente, recomendaciones básicas y sencillas que sin imaginar salvan vidas. >I am very excited when the institution carries out these types of activities. The day before, they ask us to wear a specific color of clothing so that we can all march in harmony. Some students, with the help of their teachers, make beautiful and evocative posters on the subject, inviting the population, including themselves, to become aware of the importance and the millions of lives that could be saved if detected early. Talking about it openly is a big step and helps to make people understand, especially those who, out of fear of a checkup, do not do it or simply ignore self-examination, an action that also helps in early detection if you do not visit the doctor regularly. These are basic and simple recommendations that, without realizing it, save lives.       Hoy fue un lindo día, muy soleado eso si pero en el ambiente se respiraba todo este animo de lucha y esperanza y que nunca es demasiado tarde cuando intenta, aunque las probabilidades mas altas y las mas recomendables son las que se detectan a tiempo. Yo no quise quedarme atrás y decidí unirme a esta noble causa con mi globo rosa, mi gorra y una camisa rosa, con una sonrisa y alegria transmitiendo el mensaje mas importante y el lema de nuestros carteles "tócate para que no te toque", a esta linda marcha tambien se unieron un grupo de música de percusión con tambores para llamar mas la atención de la población y nunca olvidarnos de este día que sobre todo para nosotras la mujeres deberíamos recordarlo y tomarlo en cuenta cada día del año. >Today was a beautiful day, very sunny, but the atmosphere was filled with a spirit of struggle and hope, and the feeling that it is never too late to try, even though the highest and most recommended odds are those that are detected early. I didn't want to be left behind, so I decided to join this noble cause with my pink balloon, my cap, and a pink shirt, with a smile and joy, conveying the most important message and the slogan on our posters: “Touch yourself so it doesn't touch you.” A percussion band with drums also joined this beautiful march to draw more attention from the public and ensure we never forget this day, which we women, above all, should remember and take into account every day of the year.
