Hooded sweater with short sleeves made of mesh fabric

Un saludo mi querida comunidad y a todos lo que hacen vida en esta linda plataforma, esta vez les voy a compartir algo más que un tutorial de este proyecto, porque dentro de cada trabajo realizado hay una historia y aún más cuando lo elaboramos con mucho amor para nuestros hijos. Esta tela la tenía guardada desde hace bastante tiempo creo que ya no se consigue, es una tela de malla strech en algodon, bien suave y comida, ideal para realizar este suéter manga corta con capucha, que fue diseñado a petición de mi hija quien tenía este fin de semana una invitación para la playa y quería lucir algo nuevo. >Greetings my dear community and all who make life in this beautiful platform, this time I will share more than a tutorial of this project, because in every work there is a story and even more when we make it with love for our children. I had this fabric saved for a long time I think it is no longer available, it is a stretch mesh fabric in cotton, very soft and food, ideal for making this short sleeve sweater with hood, which was designed at the request of my daughter who had this weekend an invitation to the beach and wanted to wear something new.   Coser este tipo de tela perforada es bastante latoso y más aún cuando es strech, aunque al principio el diseño real era manga larga, pero como disponía de 1 metro de tela, no me alcanzó para sacar el largo de las mangas y tuve hacerlo manga corta, que también le quedaba bien. Primero corte las piezas delantera y espalda, luego la dos piezas para la capucha y por último las mangas. >Sewing this type of perforated fabric is quite laborious and even more so when it is stretch, although at first the actual design was long sleeve, but as I had 1 meter of fabric, I didn't have enough to make the sleeves long and I had to make it short sleeve, which also looked good. First I cut the front and back pieces, then the two pieces for the hood and finally the sleeves.   Comencé armar mi diseño, uniendo ambas piezas tanto la delantera como la espalda por los hombros, Luego continúe por las mangas. Uni las dos piezas de la capucha, que la mayoría de las veces se hace forrada, pero como es tela de malla la dejé sencilla. El siguiente paso era unirse al contorno del cuello. >I started assembling my design, joining both the front and back pieces at the shoulders, then continued with the sleeves. I joined the two pieces of the hood, which most of the time is made lined, but since it is mesh fabric I left it simple. The next step was to join the outline of the collar.      Por último uni por ambos costados, le hice el doblez del ruedo tanto en las mangas como en la parte inferior del suéter. Otra cosa, la idea era hacerlo largo tipo vestido playero y aunque salí a ver si conseguía un poco más de tela no la conseguí, había una parecida pero no me servía para lo que quería hacer con el suéter, incluso pensé en comprarla para hacer un conjunto de pantalón, no me gustó porque se notaba mucho la diferencia. Sin embargo quedó bien hermoso el suéter y mi hija super contenta y complacida con esta nueva prenda de vestir elaborada por su mamá con mucho amor. >Finally I joined both sides, I made the fold of the hem on both the sleeves and the bottom of the sweater. Another thing, the idea was to make it long like a beach dress and although I went out to see if I could get a little more fabric I didn't get it, there was a similar one but it didn't fit for what I wanted to do with the sweater, I even thought of buying it to make a set of pants, I didn't like it because the difference was very noticeable. However, the sweater turned out beautiful and my daughter was very happy and pleased with this new garment made by her mom with lots of love.
