How to make and sublimate a T-shirt with DTF from home

un saludo mi querida comunidad @needleworkmonday esta vez les comparto un proyecto muy especial a la hora que queramos emprender y que además en estos momentos es tendencia en moda casual. Mi intención es mostrarles o enseñarle además de realizar una franela oversize también como sublimar está prenda desde casa, solo vamos a necesitar una plancha. Me gustó esta idea porque hay muchas personas o clientes que les gusta un diseño en específico como también el color y el tamaño de la franela que se adapte bien a su talla. Por ejemplo un poco más corta o más larga, más angosta o más ancha y ese es mi trabajo al momento de confeccionar una prenda de vestir complacer a es a persona que acude a mi buscando mi servicio. Les cuento que el resultado es muy hermoso les aseguro que les va a encantar. >Greetings, my dear @needleworkmonday community! This time, I'm sharing a very special project that we can undertake and that is also currently trending in casual fashion. My intention is to show you or teach you how to make an oversized T-shirt and also how to sublimate this garment at home. All we need is an iron. I liked this idea because there are many people or customers who like a specific design, as well as the color and size of the T-shirt that fits their size well. For example, a little shorter or longer, narrower or wider, and that is my job when making a garment: to please the person who comes to me looking for my service. I can tell you that the result is very beautiful, and I assure you that you will love it.       Primero debemos elaborar la franela, iniciando por cortar todas las piezas necesarias para su confección, está son la parte delantera y espalda como también mangas y una tira en la misma tela para el cuello. >First, we must make the flannel shirt, starting by cutting out all the pieces needed to make it, which are the front and back, as well as the sleeves and a strip of the same fabric for the collar.  Vamos a encontrar cara con cara por el derecho la pieza delantera y espalda, para unir la primeramente por los hombros, seguido ubicamos la pieza de las mangas haciendo las coincidir con la sisa. Ahora cerramos por ambos costados. >We will place the front and back pieces face to face, right sides together, and sew them together at the shoulders first, followed by the sleeves, matching them to the armholes. Now we will sew both sides together.  Por último para terminar de elaborar la franela le colocamos el cuello y le hacemos una costura por todo el borde por el derecho de la franela y le hacemos los ruedos de mangas y la parte inferior, para esto utilice la aguja doble. >Finally, to finish making the shirt, attach the collar and sew around the entire edge on the right side of the shirt. Sew the sleeve hems and the bottom of the shirt using a double needle. ---  Ahora les enseño como sublimó la franela con estos sticker textiles elaborados con un material conocido como DTF. Cómo mi imagen es medianamente pequeña no la quise colocar en el centro de la franela, sino que la ubique en la parte derecha, se toma una medida estándar para ubicarla dejando 4 dedos de espacio desde el cuello como también 4 dedos desde ese lado. Dejamos que nuestra plancha esté bien caliente y la pasamos directamente sobre el sticker entre 2 o 3 minutos. Esperamos que se enfríe para poder despegar el DTF de la tela y que la imagen quede bien estampada en nuestra franela. Que les pareció? Bien fácil verdad. > Now I'll show you how to sublimate the T-shirt with these textile stickers made from a material known as DTF. As my image is fairly small, I didn't want to place it in the center of the T-shirt, but rather on the right side. I used a standard measurement to position it, leaving 4 fingers' width of space from the neck and 4 fingers' width from that side. We let our iron get really hot and then iron directly over the sticker for 2 to 3 minutes. We wait for it to cool down so we can peel the DTF off the fabric and the image is nicely printed on our T-shirt. What do you think?
