Week 11 Reflection Score: 0x0%, 5x80%, 2x100% = 85,7% (I'm beeing cautiously optimistic. Sunday's result is actually pending. It'll be between 88,6 and 74,3)
What went right? Honestly: Not sure, but a lot. I just did the same Thing like before: trying to go for the whole Routine when possible, make sure manage at least 23:00. Also journaling and writing down what I wanted to do and crossign off finished Tasks. For some reason I was able to draw Energy from the ticked off stuf and was not afraid of the pending ones. Tried that before, but I Guess after trying for long enough and succeding more often than failing my mental state changed. And physical as well.
What went wrong? I still worry how to keep this up. Will I be able to follow through with the Sleep and exercise Habits even through crisies? Will I be able to Change Nutrition on top?
What will change?
That is the Question? How to stay confident and feel "in Control" once Things start spiryling again as I know they will? For now I'll try to Keep in mind, that this time the fix took quite some time, but it clicked at some Point in time. Maybe I can think of ways to Work ahead? Preapare for abd times? That's what I'll try to figure out in that remaining time: Hof to create a Buffer for when there's not enough resources to face the current Tasks as well as a Backlog. Abd reduce the Backlog as well.
