Finished Couch to 5k today. I've stopped and started this program like 3-4 times, but never stayed consistent. Unfortunately my pace is a little too slow, so I didn't actually hit 5 kilometers during the 30 minute run. I'm planning to do the 5k-10k program now to keep that flame alive, then maybe work on improving my pace after that.
It's kinda crazy how the body gets in shape over time. Just a month ago I was struggling with the 8 minute run intervals, and now a 30 minute run isn't that bad.
