What went right?
I was able to follow my goals, and discover study resources, and organize a ton of things.
What went wrong?
Some things that were bothering me was my energy levels, & I couldn’t focus well.
How will I improve?
For energy levels: I’ll fix my sleep schedule. I’m sure that my sleep will get better.
For focusing & distractions: Well, there are about 2 reasons why I’m not able to focus. 1., I often find myself looking at my phone every few minutes because my brain is like ‘I did some work, now I can scroll even just a bit’ but ‘a bit’ turns into like, 30 minutes . I’ve found an app that lets me block allowance to open my apps that I find distracting, [I put on strict mode so I genuinely can’t open it] - and it’s free, so yay :).
The second reason I became distracted was likely my music. I usually like lyrical songs, but I’ll have to use instrumental music more while working so I can focus better.
