I like Evkovka Park because there are always a lot of people in it. I used to like this park for its pristine appearance, but after the landscaping it seemed to come to life. I'm looking forward to opening new public spaces in Vologda, but for now, about the park and life in it.
Most of the time I come here to blow off steam...photographically.
In the creative reporting wave, there is a state when everything is boiling inside and you want to take pictures, reflect people's lives from different angles.
Evkovka Park is perfect for this situation!
Here you can take pictures with both a long focus perspective and a wide angle that can reflect the surrounding reality.
...I'm looking for sacred meaning everywhere and trying to get to the bottom of it. That's why I study all these creative waves, frequencies, subgenres and their influence on the picture.
I was talking about big waves and smaller waves. How did I even get to this point?
All this is reflected in any one genre, where over the years I see in the picture and feel during the shooting a different message, a different approach to seeing the world.
If five years ago I was worried about graphics, deep shadows, silhouettes or spotting in street photography, now it's all gone far into the background, and the desire to show life in any place aesthetically and beautifully has become at the top.
But at the same time, I did not stop paying attention to the graphics, the spotting, the shadows, and even the humorous or ambiguous component.
This means that a large creative wave has changed from graphics to reportage, but at the same time the genre has remained the same – street photography.
This can only be understood by inner feelings, where there is a certain code of state, the code of seeing the world.
The difference is that on one big wave I pay attention to some details, and on another wave I pay attention to others. It's like I'm in the same room, but I've moved from one corner to another and now I see this room a little differently, although all the components in it have remained the same.
And I'm still wondering, what will be the next big wave? I can't even guess yet...
