My name is MdAnjos (Mia) O’Rourke I’m a content creator on YouTube, ( Exploring Nature ) where I share green spaces either around our city or Conservation Areas, Provincial Parks. Ontario just like the rest of Canada has much to offer in terms of getting outdoors and just exploring. Been outdoors is a great way to get fit and it has so many health benefits as well. One of my favourites is forest therapy, it helps you relax and just enjoy all of nature’s beauty, where everything grows in harmony with each other. Nature offers a university of knowledge for those that pay attention with every season you will learn something new. I enjoy capturing wildlife, flowers, insects etc. My camera is always an extension of my hand I take with me whenever I’m out. My goal with my channel is to get people out of the house and into nature, even for 15 minutes around your neighbourhood will do you wonders. #intruduceyourself
