🇺🇸 Good morning, amiwines! Today I want to tell you about another fan art card I made in the Hearthstone style. Unlike the other card, this one wasn't part of a tutorial. I made it on my own as part of a challenge to submit a card every month for [elzappa's Twitch channel](https://www.twitch.tv/elzappa). >🇪🇸 Buen dia amiwines, hoy les quiero contar otra carta de fanart que hice estilo Hearthstone. >Esta carta, a diferencia de la otra, no fue parte de una tutoría sino que la hice por mi propia cuenta, como parte de un reto de presentar una carta mensual para el canal de [Twitch de elzappa](https://www.twitch.tv/elzappa).

For this design, I didn't know how to start, so I made a small sketch in a notebook to get an idea out of my head, and I ended up liking it. As with the previous letter, I came up with three ideas, and to my surprise, I ended up liking idea 2, which is the one that **best portrays the intention of the piece** I had in mind, which was to highlight the cat above the other character. >Para este diseño, no sabia como empezar, así que hice un bosquejo pequeño en una libreta para vaciar una idea y esta me terminó gustando. >Al igual que la carta anterior, plantee 3 ideas, y para mi sorpresa me termino gustando la idea 2, que es la que **mejor retrata la intención de la pieza** que habia pensado, que se trataba de destacar el gato por encima del otro personaje.

I wanted to try again to go from grayscale to color, but I got very frustrated with this process (again) and I watched this little video that cleared up a lot of my doubts about the gradient map. In addition to other theories about color that are invaluable, **extremely useful**

As a fun fact, the pink background version is the one I made, and the blue background version is the one I made after getting feedback from my mentor. >Como dato curioso, la version del fondo rosa, es la version que yo llegué a hacer, y la version con el fondo azul, es después del feedback de mi mentor.

Estos 2 personajes los llevo trabajando desde hace un tiempo y la ilustración intenta representar parte de esa interacción, donde el personaje importante es la gata por encima del cazador de demonios.
