Hello hivers! Sharing our weekend ganap.
It had been a while since my husband and I had a full day just for ourselves, so we decided to spend it at ArtSector Gallery & Chimney Café 360°, inside Eastridge, Binangonan, Rizal. From the moment we arrived around 10 in the morning, it already felt special.
The structure is striking, with white walls and several levels to explore. Each floor has something different to see: indoor dining areas lined with paintings, terraces, and cozy lanai corners. I loved the part where giant rocks were kept as part of the design, with one of them even flowing with a mini waterfall. It made the place feel close to nature, not just another café.
Inside, it was totally full of art. Some paintings were bold and abstract, while others were colorful and playful. They even had art by the stairways, so you’d spot something as you walked up. Every turn had something to look at. It felt like we were dining in a gallery, and every painting had a story to it.
By lunchtime, we settled by the glass windows overlooking Laguna de Bay. My husband had the beef salpicao with rice — tender beef cubes sautéed in garlic, served with vegetables on the side. I had the clubhouse sandwich, stacked with ham, cheese, egg, and lettuce, and it came with a plate of nachos loaded with cheese and toppings.
Their menu really has a wide range — from pasta and sandwiches to rice meals, pizzas, milk teas, fruit teas, coffee, and even cocktails for those who want something extra.

In the afternoon, while waiting for sunset, we shared a pizza. The crust was crisp and thin, the toppings flavorful, and it was just the right snack to keep us company until evening. For drinks, we went with Melon and Cookies & Cream milk tea — both refreshing and perfect to pair with our pizza.
After eating, we went out to the lanai. It was so peaceful out there, with this big rock and all these plants making it feel like a little garden. You could hear the water from the mini waterfall too, which was really nice.
As the day went on, we headed up to the rooftop deck. The wind was strong but it actually felt good, refreshing in a way. From up there, you could see everything: the skyline of Metro Manila, the wide stretch of Laguna de Bay, and the hills of Rizal.
We ended up staying until sunset, and seriously, that was the highlight. The sky started out golden, then shifted to orange, and the way it reflected on the lake? So pretty.
What made our day at ArtSector special were the good food, inspiring art, and beautiful views — simple, but unforgettable.
Thank you for reading, dear Hivers. If you’re looking for a place where art, food, and romance come together, ArtSector is worth the trip.
