The three important and main phases of women life are adolescence, childbirth and menopause, which can even cause serious health problems in some cases. Every woman passes through these cycles and these events can be life changer for her. But I appreciate all the women for their strength, power and bravery to pass through these difficult phases being courageous.
Being a woman I can understand the sensitivity and seriousness of every single phase in her life. Last year I had a serious stomach problem for which my physician prescribed me some medicines. I was taking these medicines regularly, but I was unaware about the side effects I was going to face.
I faced period missing and hormonal imbalances which also caused other health problems like bloating, weight gain, fatigue, mood swings. This was very tough time for me as hormones were chemical messengers which effected my mental and physical health, so this is how I prevent this hormonal imbalance.
● I started to take enough protein to get amino acids which is necessary for producing hormones.
● I changed my sleeping habits to get 8 hours of sleep every day.
● Ate healthy fats.
● I started to take one egg per day as eggs are best for balancing hormones. Moreover, you can also take eggs in your period cramps.
● I decrease my daily stress as it can harm hormones.
● I exercised regularly and maintained my weight.
So these were few steps which I took to balance my hormones. Slowly and gradually I was able to overcome this problem. But this is the sad reality that women stay busy in their daily hustles and hardly pay attention to these problems which further led them to serious health issues. No matter how much we are busy, but our health should be our first priority.
