This part of the series belongs to one model and was captured entirely in nature. What I loved was how comfortable she was in front of the camera. The poses were simple and natural, nothing forced or staged. In one frame she stood by a tree, holding a branch with one hand and the bouquet with the other. The sunlight filtered through the leaves and added warmth to the scene, making the moment feel soft and graceful.
Another shot was taken when she leaned against the rocks with her hand on the surface and her eyes looking slightly upward. The puffy sleeves of her dress framed her shoulders beautifully and her thoughtful gaze brought depth to the picture.
When she stood with the groom, their pose was very minimal. Just the way they looked at each other, with a faint smile, was enough to fill the frame with intimacy.
The last photo showed them on a rocky slope. The groom held her hand while she stepped carefully on the stones in her long dress. That simple movement gave the image a cinematic mood. With sunlight shining directly on them, the frame captured freedom and adventure.
As a female photographer I care deeply about the emotions behind the gestures. The way hands meet or how a single gaze carries meaning that is what I always try to capture.
