Hello everyone, its been a while i participated in this amazing cooking challenge. So i am joining this contest with an authentic traditional kerala chamanthi. Its main ingredient is green mango. Thankfuly its mango season and we have 4 different types of mango trees in our yard.
There are more than 20 types of chamanthies and these dishes are famous in the southern part of India. Green mango chamanthi is a special type of chamanthi which can be seen in Kerala. Chamanthi is the best when served with rice.

First take a fresh green mango and wash it properly .

Peel off its skin

Cut it in to small pieces

Other than green mango we need coconut, green chillies, onion and salt as ingredients. Curry leaves can also be added if you like its flavour. We indians do love spicy, that's why i added this much chillies. If you dont like spicy foods then you should add only 1 or 2 chillies.

The last and final step is to put all these ingredients in the grinder and grind it for like 10 minutes.
Yes.... our delicious kerala green mango chamanthi is ready to be served . It is so simple and anyone can prepare this with in 20 minutes.
