It's another beautiful moment to bring forth my entry. The subject of discussion lies within the border of mental and physical health. Special thanks to the entire management and to all participants congratulations to us. One of the things that one shouldn't joke with in life is when it comes to health. It's quite unfortunate today when I see how many people mismanaged their health status. What's health? This a situation where the human system is in perfect condition. This implies the total well being of one's life in terms of physical,social, emotional, financial, mental areas in good condition without any defect or sickness.

I will like to briefly share the difference between physical health and mental health. The physical health is a condition where the organs of the body are functioning well. Physical health entails when the physical things of the body are well taken care of. This includes exercise, nutrition,sleep, etc amongst several others which enables the body to coordinate and function well. It's expedient that one looks after the physical health. Physical health revolves around what can been seen.

While the mental health on the other side is a condition where the state of one's internal system is functioning well and better. This includes emotions, social and even psychological. Mental health controls the way one feels, thinks about things. It also includes the way one makes decision or take sight over things. How do you handle situations? How do you manage stress? When mental health is affected, it would result to disorders like depression , stress etc. Generally, the physical health relies on the body while the mental health centers on the emotions and mind.

Both physical health and mental health are very important because they are fundamental for a balanced and productive life. Physical health helps to balance the physical part of body like exercise helps to remove excesses. When the body is physically ok, it will help to reduce the rate of heart failures, diseases etc.

Mental health also plays a vital role and enables one to build a resistance to diseases. It boost the antibiotics. It helps one to cope with stress and other strange aspects of health. It's very important that one creates balance between both mental and physical health. The body and the soul must be in good shape for the whole system to work. The two can't be separated rather it can only be managed. Many times people don't fulfilled their life goal and many times fall sick due to inability to strike balance between the two.

To bring balance between these two concerns, one must cultivate the habit of rest. Yesterday, I had a serious hectic day where I started having strong ache around my head and other parts of the body. I was finding it difficult to assimilate few things. I was so exhausted and a neighbor suggested that I look for some pain relief and take. I quickly responded that what I need is rest and not any drugs. Immediately I rested for about 3hours, as if someone came and removed the pain. Please try and have rest. Balanced diet also will go along way to curtail some things.
