Today is still a holiday and I'm still lazy to do activities that are too heavy. After washing clothes, dishes and cleaning the house, I decided to make one snack that I would enjoy on a cloudy afternoon.
This time I will cook Mung Beans Porridgee with a sprinkling of cheese on top. I'll show you how I make it.

1 . Mung bean seeds
2 . Ginger
3 . Brown sugar
4 . Coconut milk
5 . Cheese
6 . Creamer
7 . Bread
8 . Water
Ways of making
Next, this is the step I did to make Mung Beans Porridgee snack
1 . Soak the Mung Bean seeds first so they don't cook too long on the fire.
2 . Boil the soaked Mung Bean seeds with water over medium heat.
3 . Add ginger to add aroma to the porridge.
4 . After the Mung Bean seeds are broken / mushy, pour the coconut milk into the boiled green bean water, mix well.
5 . Enter the brown sugar into the green bean stew. If your brown sugar is dirty, I suggest dissolving brown sugar separately, then strain the brown sugar then mix it with mung bean stew.
6 . Cook until it boils and all the solution ingredients are mixed evenly. 7 . Mung beans porridge has been made and ready to be served
How i make my mung beans porridge
I don't really like sweet food, so I just added a little brown sugar to the Mung beans porridge I made. But I added a variety of flavors according to my taste. You can follow it if you have the same taste as me. For this mung bean porridge, I used bread and cheese for added flavor. First of all, I put the bread on the first layer on top of the bowl. Then I poured mung beans porridge as a second layer. After that, I sprinkled grated cheese on top. Finally, I poured the creamer to add flavor to the mung beans porridge.
