You can decide to set a small goal like a small project, learning a new skill, or maybe a daily habit. So each time you finish any of this goal no matter how small it seems, you tend to develop this strong believe that you can do it. These little wins start to add up and build your courage. Also pay attention to how you talk to yourself. Many times we are our own biggest critic , saying things like “i cant do this” or “i will fail”. Fear usually grows stronger when we are not ready. If you have a test, presentation or even a big conversation, prepare well for it. Being ready makes you feel more sure of yourself. And also watch the people around you. Surround yourself with those that encourage and support you , not people that always put you down. Being with the right people can make a big difference in how you see yourself. Most important , learn to accept that mistakes will happen. Nobody gets it right all the time. Mistakes are not the end, they are a way to learn and become better. You don't build confidence in one day, You build it gradually as you move. You will slowly see how stronger and capable that you are becoming when you keep trying and keep believing.
