Confidence isn’t something people are just born with.
As we grow, and through practice , experience , and having faith in ourselves , we build confidence over time.
Many of us struggle with it because we spend too much time focusing on our flaws and not enough on our strengths. The good thing is, confidence can be built step by step.
One of the best places to start is with the way you talk to yourself. Your words matter. If you keep telling yourself and believing that you are not capable of doing something, eventually, you will begin to believe it.

On the other hand , if you embrace positivity and keep saying positive words to yourself by reminding yourself of times you’ve succeeded or overcome something hard, you’ll slowly start seeing yourself in a better light.
setting small goals is also another way to build confidence. Every time you complete a task , finishing a book, learning a new skill, sticking to a workout , you prove to yourself that you’re capable. As time goes by , the small and little wins will add up thereby giving you the courage to choose bigger ones.
Another way of also growing your confidence is when you step out of your comfort zone. feeling nervous when you try something new or step out of your comfort zone is normal, but for every time you face a fear or push past doubt, you are subconsciously growing your mind to believe that you’re stronger than you thought.
Who you spend time with matters too. the people you surround and engage yourself should be the people who encourage you and believe in your potential. Avoid the ones who constantly put you down, because their words can take way your self-belief.
the basics is another thing that you should not forget, take good rest , eat well, and engage your body with exercise. Because when you take good care of yourself physically , you mental health stays sharp.
Confidence doesn’t appear overnight, but with patience and effort, it grows. Celebrate small steps, trust your journey, and remember believing in yourself is the first step to becoming your best self.
