This is how powerful collaboration can be, when different minds ,skills, and perspective combine together, something unique is actually formed Just like what we see in sports , players who play in the same spirit and work together will definitely outplay a group of talented players who don't have team spirit. This come by trusting the abilities of each other. Not to talk about the workplace, when the workers in a workplace work together in the same spirit. The coming together of engineers, designers , the marketing team will definitely form a formidable team. If they work in isolation , they may end up missing an information , but if they sit around the same table and share ideas, their is a high chance that they will definitely build something far more creative.
