In the book of Matthew 6:14-15, we were taught by the bible that when we forgive others, our sins will also be forgiven by God. we invites His grace and justice into our lives when we choose forgiveness. Nobody says it will be easy, it can be difficult, especially when the scar is very deep, such moments is used by God to teach us compassion and patience. Also , the book of Ecclesiastes 7:20 reminded us that no one is sinless, so as we have been shown mercy , we must also show mercy. Forgiveness not only heals relationships but also brings peace within. Let us learn to embrace this part as it is one of those things that defines us as christians.
