Almost everyone is scared of failure.
"what will people say if we don't succeed" , that is what most people are constantly thinking about. We picture the shame, the disappointment, and the feeling of not being good enough. Because of this, many of us don’t even take the first step toward our dreams.
But here’s the real and sincere truth, failure does not mean that is has ended. It’s simply part of the process. Every person you see winning today has failed many times before getting there. The difference is, they didn’t stop.

For every setback , they learnt there lessons , and kept going.
A big reason we fear failure is because we think we need to be perfect. One mistake feels like proof that we’re not capable. But that’s not true. Mistakes are how we learn. Think of a child learning to walk. They fall again and again, but nobody calls them a failure. Falling is just part of learning to stand.
The same goes for us. It is not the end of story or end of the world If something doesn’t work for you. It’s feedback. It shows us one way that didn’t work and points us closer to the way that will.
One way to beat this fear is by starting small. Take little risks, try new things, and notice that failure isn’t as scary as it seemed in your head. For every step you make , your courage gets stronger and bigger.
The most important part , don't make this mistake of comparing your 1 step to someone else 1000 step.Everyone has their own timing. Even if the progress feels slow , the most important part is that you are moving forward.
In the end, the only real failure is refusing to try. You will discover growth ,strength, and opportunities that you don't even know existed when you take that bold step by facing your fears.
Don't be so weak that you give in to fear of failure and allow it to hold you back.
