Majority of us have this habit of not paying attention to small details in life, but in most cases , those little tiny details are what make the biggest difference. . Even when we are not aware , our brains are always picking up patterns. Our every day life is not exempted from these, the small clues we neglect often has a way of showing us the type pf habit that we are forming. It maybe that you realized that whenever you exercise , you feel good, that is a good sign to keep up with the exercise.

It could also be that you are fond of eating late night snacks while watching TV , That is also a clear sign that you are forming a habit too, but this one does not help you.

You will take charge of your life when you are very good in noticing these signals, so don't just sit and let habits to quietly shape you ,rather start shaping the habits that make you who you are.
