Lately, i have been able to grund some moi-moi beans flour inorder to save cost of frequenting the market and granding all over again. I love making my meal delicuous in such a way that a stranger can taste and attest that my meal is delicuous. Here are the things i took into consideration as i proceed with cooking;
Recipe
• Moi-moi beans.
• Crayfish.
• Fresh pepper.
• Dry fish.
• Onion.
• Groundnut oil.
• Seasoning cube.
• Salt to taste.
Preparation:
📌 First of all, i pour out my powdered moi-moi beans in a foil plate. I used two foil and i made sure all measurements were perfect.
📌 Secondly, I washed my onion, peeled and cut it, washed my crayfish and dry fish, and my pepper as well. Put them all into the grinder then grinded to pieces.
📌 Thirdly, i put the grinded stuffs into my plate of mixture of beans flour, turn it together amd added little more water to them. I also added my seasoning cube, oil and salt to taste.
📌 Fourthly, I stir very well to avoid underneath clustering of beans flour. Then i began tieing into a moi-moi nylon. I don't have plate, so i had to use the nylon.
📌 Having put little water in my pot and placed on fire, i put the moi-moi in there and cooked for about 25 minutes( depending on heat temperature). Moi-moi uses the heat from the water to cook.
After it was done, i brought it out to a foil plate and enjoyed with my home-made quaker oat.😋👍
