It's really Mauricio de Souza's exposition, named after their original author. I stopped by yesterday and I took a lot of pictures. Some of the stands represented classic characters, others showed their evolution.
All in all, it was a blast from the past for me, a place very fun to visit. But to current generation youngsters, there was a section for the more recent version of the series, Young Monica's Gang, where all of the characters are nearly all grown up.
The vibe was great, specially because half the public was around my age, while the other half were little kids. It felt like Monica's Gang brought us all together.
Art stands from Limoeiro's neighborhood depicted the location in fake 3D, which was very colourful and fun. There was also a stand dedicated to all of the pets and a very special section with amazing paintings depicting our favorite characters in really different styles.
Warning: This post has over 50 pictures. And yes, I suck as a photographer.
