Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive 👋🏼, soy felixswcab y les vengo a contar un poco de mi entrenamiento el día de hoy bueno hoy realice un entrenamiento de freestyle con mis amigos de entrenamiento mi objetivo del día de hoy fue sacar swing 360 en agarre mixto que es una en agarre prono y la otra mano en agarre supino al principio no entendía el movimiento pero mi amigo herryn me ayudó me dijo que ahí que esperar un tiempo y cambiar una mano a diferente agarre tire varios intentos para acostumbrarme al movimiento asta que un intento salió muy bien, agarre buena altura gire alejado gire fluido no forzado para mí punto de vista mejore bastante el giro mis amigos estaban intentado swing 540 , doble 360 , y un súper truco que es supra 540 y bueno espero y les guste mi post nos vemos en el siguiente postSWC
