Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive 👋🏼, soy @Felixswcab y le vengo a compartir mi entrenamiento de hoy en día hoy me enfoque en las negativas de stradel planche hoy en fowue mucho en las negativas para acostumbrarme al movimiento de bajada y ya que eso me ayuda a ganar bastante fuerza en los hombros y otras partes que se trabajaba en la plancha. me llene las manos de magnesio lo rregue bien en mis mini paralelas subí a para de mano y muñequie hacia delante mientras escapuliaba y apretaba bien la pelvis y las piernas para bajar controlado la logré bajar bien la verdad nunca desbloquie mis codos siempre los tuve bloqueado mientras bajaba la aguante unos 2 segundos ya que no la logró durar los 3 segundos ya luego baje a caseta de stradel planche la mantuve unos 5 segundos luego de eso busque salir de la posturaSWC

I filled my hands with magnesium I spread it well on my mini parallel bars I went up to handstand and wrist forward while I scapularized and squeezed my pelvis and legs well to lower controlled I managed to lower it well the truth is I never unlocked my elbows I always had them locked while lowering I held it for about 2 seconds since I couldn't last 3 seconds then I went down to the stradel planche box I held it for about 5 seconds after that I tried to get out of the position SWC
