Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive 👋🏼, soy @Felixswcab y hoy les vengo a compartir mi entrenamiento de straddle planche, calenté con unas lean en full planche . luego pase a lean de stradel planche para calentar las articulaciones, priorice las partes esenciales como las escapulas, piernas ,cadera, codos, y muñecas luego espere unos 7 minutos para comenzar a hacer intentos de straddle plancha en barra siempre me concentro en tener Buen agarre, buenas escapulaciones y Brazos estirados, logré realizar varios intentos de la postura de straddle planche En agarre supino ya que es una variante que ando buscando "porque se pueden tener múltiples variaciones desde allí, por ejemplo Muscle up olímpico Press, controlar el equilibrio y Bajando controladamente de straddle planche en agarre supino y Front level, la otra posición, la otra transición Que sería el press bajar controladamente y hacer un impulso para pasavallasSWC
