Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive 👋🏼, soy @Felixswcab y Mi entrenamiento de hoy se centró en dinámicos, específicamente en un truco en particular: el triple 360. Realicé una hora completa de entrenamiento dedicada a dinámicos, lo que me permitió varios intentos del movimiento.
En el tercer giro del truco no logré completar la rotación, ya que caí muy seco y no quise forzar el giro para evitar que se viera poco limpio. Mi amigo César me explicó la técnica por mensaje durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos hablando. En los descansos, logré entender toda la técnica de los giros: caer separado el primero y segundo giro para encontrar una posición cómoda para el tercero, buscar un buen agarre y caderiar y utilizar un pequeño movimiento de las piernas para obtener bien el cuerpo en el momento justo para girar con limpieza en el tercer giro.
Me recomendó que busque limpiar más el doble 360 para progresar mejor en el intento del triple 360, ya que es un elemento que requiere de mucho entrenamiento.SWC
Greetings to the entire Hive community 👋🏼, I'm @Felixswcab, and my training today focused on dynamics, specifically on one trick in particular: the triple 360. I did a full hour of training dedicated to dynamics, which allowed me to attempt the move several times.
On the third spin of the trick, I couldn't complete the rotation because I landed too dry and didn't want to force the spin to avoid it looking unclean. My friend César explained the technique to me via text throughout the entire time we were talking. During the breaks, I managed to understand the entire spin technique: landing separately on the first and second spins to find a comfortable position for the third, finding a good grip and cadence, and using a small leg movement to get the body right at the right moment to spin cleanly on the third spin.
He recommended that I look more into the double 360 to better progress on the triple 360 attempt, as it's an element that requires a lot of training.SWC
