The garlic is looking good
So good, that I decided: watering it is worth the effort and ressources.
If you look closely, you can see garlic scapes forming (flowers):
Water
This could be a dry year.
That would be bad.
I need rain.
I am irrigating beans, lettuce, spinach, garlic now...
And soon more beans.
It rained only once in the last 4 weeks.
I am so done with this problem.
I am seriously thinking about getting a different piece of land with easier access to water.
But so far, the garlic at least seems happy enough:
Spring
4 weeks since last update and everything is green now.
Lots of flowers and things, insects buzzing and birds singing.
This is the time, when I stop cutting the hedges (not that I did much of that anyways), because birds are nesting all over the place.
I can't really finish planting untill in about 1 week, because around here the 20th of may can bring freezing temperatures. I need to make sure to plant accordingly.
I got pumkins, zuccini, corn, cabbage ready...
Technical Trouble
The lawnmower broke down.
Replaced spark plug - Still no ignition.
I will have to try to clean the carburator or fuel filter or whatever.
Wish me luck...
