"I had a funny nightmare last night," she says.
He groans inwardly. The last thing he wants to hear about is one of her dreams. She has the strangest dreams and they always seem to go on forever.
"Is that Fred?" he asks, pointing over the town square towards the cafe on the corner. He waves at a complete stranger.
The stranger, confused no doubt, waves back.
"I don't think so," Felicity says.
"It is. Come on." He takes her hand and ploughs through the crowd. The stranger has turned away and disappeared into the subway before they get halfway across the square.
"You know what," he says. "I think you were right. It wasn't Fred. Shall we stop for a coffee?"
Felcity nods. "Good idea. I can tell you about my dream. It was a long one. Better if we are sitting down."
He groans. This time out loud. * She looks at him, surprised and a little put out.
"Don't you want to hear about my dream?"
